Tip of the Rubbishberg?

I wanted a rather "shocking" outcome to the animation and scene 4 is when it actually pieces together.

The idea was to kill the cat off in a rather comedic way, and for the tagline to be along the lines of "Recycle or a cat will die". Rather than all these preechy advertisements that don't work (in many cases, some are incredibly powerful) i went with what Lauren asked for an adding a sense of joviality to it.

In terms of style i decided to do it in silhouettes, it originaly started as just a blue background and the silhouette of the cat and the rubbish.

This was the scene in the anamatic and i wasn't a huge fan of them just floating in nothingness so i went back and changed it in the final.




This was the final, it was night-time from the 2nd scene onwards so i changed the background colour to a nice dark blue/purple.

I also added the picket fence and the sidewalk as i personally feel they just add something to the silhouette effect, just made a little lighter to not clash with the cat and the rubbish i think it works well.
